Where to Grub in NYC?: Lavo


I went to this magnificent Italian restaurant a few weeks ago on a Friday night. This is definitely one of those places where you have to make a reservation waaaaaaay ahead of time. Needless to say, the crowd was very upper east side chic and fabulous. I really enjoyed myself. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious.

Recommendatons:

Appetizer: Baked Clams Oreganato

Entree: Center Cut Filet or the Meatballs...yes I said meatballs. Best I ever had (c) Drake. & Sea Salt Baked Potatoes.

Dessert: Tiramisu
