I know people think I am nuts for this but...*shrugs*
Lindsay was arrested for a DUI and violating her probation. I was born and raised in suburbia (Bristol, CT) and I can't count how many people I know who have received a DUI. I don't believe its a charge that deserves jail time. Everyone is talking about how ridiculous she sounds for not wanting to do 90 days. I mean who would? 90 Days is a long time to completely pause your life and be incarcerated. This jail sentence won't help her at all. We need an alternative punishment for drug abusers. Throwing them in jail with actual criminals won't save/cure them.
