I left work yesterday and saw an array of black clouds in the sky. I knew something was up but I had NO CLUE there was going to be a tornado. By the time I got to my apartment downtown, the tornado touched down. It happened around 6pm. I ran into my apartment and refused to leave. LOL. I'm a northeast girl so I am not used to tornadoes or twisters. It freaked me out. Apparently, Brooklyn & Queens got hit the the hardest.
